The Story Behind the Trail

Bringing Walton's history to life through community pride and modern technology.

    Meet the Founders

    Tina Kokoszka and Albert Zoll

The Walton Heritage Trail is brought to you by Jerzoda LLC, a local agency driven by a passion for Delaware County.

Tina Kokoszka, the sole proprietor of Jerzoda LLC, is a lifelong resident of Delaware County. Her deep roots in the community provide the foundation and heart of our projects. She is joined by co-founder Albert Zoll, an entrepreneur and specialist in internet marketing and AI strategies with over a decade of industry experience.

Together, they have dedicated the next chapter of their journey to utilizing advanced skills and digital tools to better serve the public, preserve local history, and empower rural businesses.

    Bridging the Past and Future

With extensive expertise in internet marketing and the latest technological advancements, Jerzoda LLC is uniquely positioned to build the Heritage Trail.

Our flagship product, Smart Numbers by Jerzoda, uses QR codes and Instant Info Agents™ to seamlessly bridge the physical world with the digital. In the instance of the Heritage Trail, this technology is purely opt-in and integrated for accessibility, and for those that would like to go more in-depth on the history of that spot. We take pride in building "the good AI"—technology designed not to frustrate, but to educate, assist, and delight the community.

    A Gift to Our Community

We are donating this trail to our community as a gesture of civic pride. It's our way of honoring Walton's rich history while showcasing what local, community-focused technology can actually achieve.

Our goal was to build something completely self-sustaining—a platform that thrives on local support rather than relying on temporary grants. By doing so, we are creating the first of its kind: a conversational digital town historian, funded entirely by civic pride.

This isn't just an app. It's a living legacy, built by locals, for locals.
